Kanye West hat am meisten Grammy-Nominierungen

Glückskind: Kanye West (34) wurde ganze siebenmal für einen Grammy nominiert.

Wenn am 12. Februar 2012 die 54. Grammy Awards in Los Angeles über die Bühne gehen, könnte der US-Rapper ('Stronger') zu den ganz großen Gewinnern zählen. Kanye West wurde unter anderem in der Kategorie Song des Jahres für 'All of the Lights' nominiert, in der Kategorie bestes Rap-Album geht er mit 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' und 'Watch the Throne', seinem Kollabo-Album mit Jay-Z, gleich zweimal ins Rennen.

Shootingstar Adele kann sich Hoffnungen auf sechs Trophäen machen. Die britische Überfliegerin könnte unter anderem einen Preis für das beste Album, den besten Song oder die beste Solo-Performance abholen.

Gleich mit Adele stehen die Jungs der Foo Fighters und Bruno Mars: Beide Acts haben ebenfalls die Chance auf sechs Grammys, weil sie im vergangenen Jahr mit ihren Alben 'Wasting Light' beziehungsweise 'Doo-Wops & Hooligans' für gute Stimmung unter den Chart-Hörern gesorgt haben.

Hip-Hopper Lil' Wayne und Dubstep-Ikone Skrillex sind jeweils fünfmal nominiert. Skrillex könnte beispielsweise bester Newcomer werden, wenn er sich gegen Rapperin Nicki Minaj, das Country-Trio 'Band Perry', Rapper J. Cole und Bon Iver durchsetzen kann.

In Deutschland wird ProSieben die Gala live übertragen, dann wird sich zeigen, ob Kanye West als großer Grammy-Gewinner des Abends nach Hause geht.
