Los Angeles - Am 28. Februar werden in Hollywood die alljährlichen Soul Train Music Awards verliehen.
Die Soul Train Music Awards gelten als die wichtigste Preisverleihung im Soulbereich. R'n'B-Star Usher ist mit insgesamt fünf Nominierungen der Favorit der Veranstaltung. Aber auch Soul-Star Alicia Keys ist eine heiße Anwärterin auf eine der begehrten Trophäen. Beyoncé Knowles steht in einer Doppelrolle auf der Liste der potenziellen Gewinner: sie ist sowohl als Solo-Künstlerin als auch zusammen mit ihrer Band "Destiny's Child" nominiert.
