Los Angeles - Loleatta Holloway ist tot. Die amerikanische Soul-Legende starb gestern (21.03.) im Alter von 64 Jahren.

Das hat nun laut "showbizspy.com" ihr Manager offiziell bestätigt. Demnach erkrankte die Sängerin vor kurzem schwer und fiel ins Koma. Letztendliche Todesursache war Herzversagen.

Loleatta Holloway ist vor allem für Zwei Hit bekannt: "Love Sensation" und "Hit and Run". 1991 war sie mit "Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch" mit dem Track "Good Vibrations" erfolgreich.
